Are Weekend rates available between Memorial Day and Labor Day?

Answer:
Weekend rates are not available between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Special weekend rates are available for Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends (Saturday, Sunday and Monday). Otherwise, during the period of Memorial Day to Labor Day only weekly rates are available.

What do I need to bring with me?

Answer:
We recommend linens, towels, potable water, if you wish coffee filters and food. Please provide any other kitchenware you may require. You may bring anything else that will make your stay more comfortable such as water toys, bikes etc.

Question:
What is included in my rate?

Answer:
All units include, basic cable and a television, full baths and basic cooking utensils. We do provide pots & pans.  Our kitchens are also equipped with a toaster, coffee maker (please provide filters), dinnerware, silverware, cups and glassware. Docking for boats up to 23′ is also included.

Question:
Are visitors allowed?

Answer:
No more than 2 visitors per day and no overnight guests.

Question:
Are children welcome?

Answer:
Yes. We are a family oriented place. We ask that our guests observe a quiet time after 10:00pm.
