RATES – June 24th through September 2nd – (Full weeks only)

Horicon Cottage – (Cottage 1)
$3,000 per week
3 bedrooms, kitchen with living room
The Horicon is the largest cottage. It has three bedrooms (2 have full beds and 1 has two twin beds). There is a kitchen and a living area with a queen size futon in the living area. The cabin is approximately 10 feet from the lake.

Adirondack Cottage – (Cottage 2)
$1,550 per week
2 bedrooms, kitchen with living room
The Adirondack has two bedrooms (1 has a queen bed and the other has a full and a twin bed). There is a living and a kitchen area. The cottage is approximately 60 feet from the lake.

Pines Cottage – (Cottage 3)
$1,450 per week
2 bedrooms, kitchen with seating area
The Pines is the smallest cottage. It has two bedrooms (1 has a full bed and the other has a full and a twin bed). It has a sitting and kitchen area. The cottage is approximately 100 feet from the lake

Uncas Cottage – (Cottage 4)
$1,550 per week
2 bedrooms, kitchen and living room
The Uncas has two bedrooms (1 has a queen and the other has three twin beds). There is a living and a kitchen area. The cottage is approximately 60 feet from the lake.

RATES – Special for June 1st through the 20th
These special rates are for full or partial weeks during this period and are for Saturday to Saturday. Check-in is 1:00PM and Check-out is 10:00AM

RATES – Pre Memorial Day and Post Labor Day Weekly rate
The rates for full weeks before Memorial Day and post Labor Day are for Saturday to Saturday. Check-in is 1:00PM and Check-out is 10:00AM

RATES – Pre Memorial Day and Post Labor Day Weekend only rates
The rates for weekends before Memorial Day and post Labor Day are for Friday 3:00PM check-in and check-out by 2:00 PM Sunday.

RATES – Memorial Day and Labor Day Weekend only rates
The rates for the Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends are for Saturday 1:00PM check-in and check-out by 2:00 PM Monday.

GENERAL

  • Each cottage enjoys beautiful lake views
  • Each cottage has its own Picnic table
  • Each cottage has its own BBQ grill, charcoal is not supplied
  • Outdoor tables & chairs are available
  • Sandy Beach
  • 80′ dock with seating area
  • Cottages 2, 3 & 4 are rated to accommodate a single family per unit 2 adults with 3 children
  • Cottage 1 is able to accommodate a single family of 2 adults and up to 4 children
  • Ample parking
  • Sorry, NO PETS
  • No smoking in the cottages
  • No more than 2 visitors per week
  • No overnight guests
  • Cabins do not have potable water

RESERVATIONS

  • Advance reservations require a minimum 25% deposit to hold reservation
  • Full payment is due by May 1
  • If reservation is made after May 1 then 100% of rental rate is due

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • More than 90 days prior to arrival – full refund
  • Within 90 to 60 days prior to arrival, refund less 25% charge
  • Within 60 days prior to arrival – no refund
  • No refund for unused portion of your stay

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT

  • Check-in after 1:00 pm
  • Check out by 10:00 am, except as otherwise noted
  • Except as otherwise noted the Cottages are rented on a WEEKLY basis from Saturday to Saturday

EXTRA FEES

  • Extra adult $100 per week
  • Extra child $50 per week
  • No charge for infants

DOCKING

  • DOCKING for boats 23′ or less no charge. Larger boats may not be accommodated. Advance reservations must be made for all docking. Trailers for boats 18′ or less stored here free of charge. Larger trailers may be stored at a launch site for a nominal fee. Bumpers are not provided. We do not have launching facilities. No charge for your water craft which does not require docking (i.e., canoe, kayaks, small inflatables).

STANDARD ITEMS

  • All units include, basic cable television, full baths and basic cooking utensils. We also provide pots & pans. Our kitchens are also equipped with a toaster, coffee maker (please provide filters), dinnerware, silverware, cups and glassware. Please provide any other kitchenware you may require.
    There is no maid service.

DIRECTIONS TO COTTON POINT
From the South:
Take I-87 to Exit 22. Follow Route 9N North for 6.1 miles. Cotton Point Road will be on your right. Follow Cotton Point Road for .4 miles. We are on the left, 4 gray cottages with parking adjacent to the road.

From the North:
Take I-87 to Exit 24. Follow Route 9N South for 5.7 miles. Cotton Point Road will be on your left. Follow Cotton Point Road for .4 miles. We are on the left, 4 gray cottages with parking adjacent to the road.
